Biography
Jutta Immenkötter (Munich, 1976) obtained her degree in Fine Art with honours at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Munich in 2005, and since then has had her studio in Barcelona. She has been a prize-winner in the Danner competition in Munich (twice, 1999 and 2000), by the Cultural Ministry of Baviera (2001), and by the German public television ZDF (2002). She has also obtained the first prize for art in Fürstenfeldbruck (Munich, 2007). Since 1998 she has exhibited regularly in Germany and Spain, and has had exhibitions in Japan and Finland. She has had solo shows in Galeria Esther Montoriol (Barcelona, 2007), in the Stadtmuseum Fürstenfeldbruck (Munich, 2008), in the Kulturwerkstatt Haus 10, Fürstenfeldbruck (Munich, 2008), and in Galeria EArt (Barcelona, 2009). Her work has recently been published with support by the Cultural Ministry of Baviera.
